- New patients choose a weight loss medicine: Wegovy (Semaglutide), (Mounjaro) Tirzepatide, HCG, Phentermine, Sermorelin, AOD 9604.
- All weight loss products work in different ways for weight loss. Choosing the right product depends on your budget and how fast you want to see results. For fast weight loss, choose HCG diet. To tone muscles, choose Sermorelin or AOD 9604. For appetite suppression, choose phentermine Tirzepatide or Semaglutide.
- New patients can book an appointment online. Book only at the top of the hour (i.e. 10am, 1pm, 3pm etc)
- New patients and patients not seen within 1 year will receive office forms via text or email. You will need to login using your name, DOB, and 5 digit pin. Complete all forms.
- Testing required to start our programs: Annual lab draw (CBC, CMP, Lipid, HGAIC, TSH), EKG, and Basal Metabolic Rate.
